Dark Fired Tobacco Kokum Butter Soap

We absolutely adore being a part of Robertson County here in Tennessee! We have met so many fantastic people, and have always felt so supported in our own community! Soooo...we had to do a Dark Fired Tobacco soap! Robertson County and this region are well known for the smoking tobacco barns, and it's a sight and smell so many people associate with Fall! We've tried this scent and have never felt like it was successful, but I feel like we've come very, very close to the smoke rolling over the hills! Multifaceted notes of smoke make for a very complex scent, with just a hint of fresh tobacco scent. No cigarette scent here, you will want to keep smelling this one over and over again!

Because we use Kokum butter, we are able to stay away from using palm oil in our products. But why does this matter to you? Palm oil is only produced in two small tropical regions of the world, Indonesia and Malaysia. The over use of palm oil in the cosmetics and food industries has led to severe and illegal deforestation. This, in turn, leads to several different species of animals being greatly endangered, threatened, and vulnerable to extinction.

Not only is kokum butter more sustainable for the environment, but you will love the many benefits it has on skin. It is full of essential fatty acids which promotes skin elasticity, helps heal dry, cracked skin, and retains moisture.
