Leather & Bourbon Kokum Butter Soap

This scent has quickly become one of our most popular fragrances! We originally made it as a seasonal fragrance but it sold so well, we just had to keep it around! It's gone through a couple different color variations as nothing seemed to fit the way we thought it should look. We finally settled on brown for leather, and a deep yellow for the bourbon. Smelling of late-night nightcaps in your favorite chair, the leather scent is dominant in this fragrance, but then the sweet smell of bourbon finishes it off. It will leave you wanting to come back for another sniff over and over again!

Because we use Kokum butter, we are able to stay away from using palm oil in our products. But why does this matter to you? Palm oil is only produced in two small tropical regions of the world, Indonesia and Malaysia. The over use of palm oil in the cosmetics and food industries has led to severe and illegal deforestation. This, in turn, leads to several different species of animals being greatly endangered, threatened, and vulnerable to extinction.

Not only is kokum butter more sustainable for the environment, but you will love the many benefits it has on skin. It is full of essential fatty acids which promotes skin elasticity, helps heal dry, cracked skin, and retains moisture.
